As the warring Yemeni parties gather for preliminary peace talks in Geneva, Saudi Arabia continues its unrelenting bombing campaign against the tribes of the Houthi movement. For two and a half months, the air forces of the Saudi coalition have targeted military sites, homes and businesses affiliated with the Houthi movement, as well as the palaces and residences of former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his political allies. Yet, as the Houthis sit down at the negotiating table this week, their domestic political and strategic position has not been greatly affected by this extensive bombing. Saudi Arabia’s futile air campaign is a further demonstration of the limits of airpower in general, and in South Arabia specifically.

Saudi Arabia did not pioneer the use of airpower to exercise regional power, which originated with the British imperial policy of “air control” in post-WWI Iraq. Winston Churchill, the postwar Secretary of War and Secretary of State for Air championed the use of air force to maintain British control over Iraq while expending the least amount of military force on the ground. Inaccurate intelligence, inadequate navigation equipment and pilot errors led many bombs astray, often hitting the wrong target and with little distinction between civilians and militants. Attacks and patrols by the British Royal Air Force were guided by sparse local intelligence networks and were intended more for the psychological impact of unfamiliar aerial bombardment rather than the ability to achieve a military objective.

This model of British imperial power and control was used in other colonial arenas, including South Yemen, then the British Aden Protectorate. A decade of British aerial patrols and attacks during the 1960s failed to stem the tide of a Yemeni nationalist movement that supplanted British colonial rule in South Yemen. The success of Britain’s air control in Arabia was limited by two main factors. The mountainous terrain of Yemen provided the guerilla opposition with an impervious natural cover from bombs within a cave system that pockmarks the landscape. International media was stacked against the remnants of the British Empire and bombs that found civilian targets were met with a great deal of negative press.

The British Royal Air Force was not the only imperial force in South Arabia trying to use its air force to dominate a tribal opposition. During the 1960s, Egypt transferred nearly a third of its air capabilities to North Yemen in support of the fledgling republic founded in 1962. The tactical success of the Egyptian aerial campaign was similarly hampered by Yemen’s terrain. Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser even went as far as authorizing the use of poison gas against cave shelters, intending to flush the opposition out into the open before coming back around for a second round of high explosive incendiary bombs.

Air superiority was the linchpin of Egypt’s strategic model of maintaining a triangular defensive perimeter around North Yemen’s three main cities of Hodeidah, Sana’a, and Taiz, while forestalling a concerted guerilla offensive from the surrounding rural and mountainous regions. Both Britain and Egypt were under political pressure to limit the number of casualties that would have undoubtedly occurred as a consequences of a more effective large-scale ground operation. Air power in Arabia, however, was limited in its ability to achieve tangible military goals. Rather than subdue domestic opposition, aerial bombardment only fed the flames of propaganda and distrust of a faceless enemy from above. Both Britain and Egypt were forced to make an ignominious withdrawal by the end of 1967, leaving failed states in their wake.

Saudi Arabia and its coalition of Arab and African countries appears to be taking the same path as the failed imperial policies of the 1960s. The Saudi air campaign was originally met with tepid enthusiasm by members of Yemen’s Southern Movement and supporters of Yemen’s ousted, but still internationally recognized President, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi. Many Yemenis were alarmed by the speed with which the tribesmen of the Houthi movement took control of the government in Sana’a and extended their military presence southward in pursuit of Hadi and his supporters. Two and a half months later, the Saudi bombing campaign has evolved from a series of tactical strikes to slow the Houthi military assault into a vendetta bombing campaign against Saudi political opponents in Yemen. Many of the airstrikes are targeting civilian houses belonging to Saleh’s family and friends, factories deemed suspicious and civilian transportation hubs and airports across the country, all of which have questionable military value.

Sitting comfortably in his luxury hotel of exile, President Hadi continues to condone Saudi bombings even as a staggering number of his countrymen have become internal refugees and are suffering a humanitarian crisis of serious proportions. Rather than garner additional public support for President Hadi, the Saudi bombing campaign has only increased the skepticism of his remote government and has instead played into the hands of Houthi propagandists. All the while, it does not seem that the military capabilities of the Houthi tribesmen or the segments of the Yemeni army still loyal to Saleh have been greatly diminished.

Not only have the Saudi’s not been able to slow the Houthi advance, but on June 6, Scud missiles launched by Houthi forces hit King Khalid Air Base, Saudi Arabia’s largest air base and the operations center for the current bombing campaign. Although Saudi officials tried to downplay the attack, which was shrouded in secrecy, it soon became known that Saudi Air Force Commander Lieutenant General Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Shaalan was killed during the attack. This was particularly shocking to the Saudis as the Shaalan family is nationally prominent and connected through marriage and political alliance to the ruling Saud family.

The attack exposed the disturbing unreadiness of Saudi air defense capabilities and the limits of their air force’s ability to affect military and political outcomes in Yemen. Since the beginnings of the bombing campaign in March 2015, Saudi-coalition planes have faced little anti-aircraft fire, hardly a test of the pilots resolve or training. Even though the Houthis lack armed surface-to-air resistance, the recent Scud missile attack reinforced the fact that the Saudi aerial campaign has failed to eliminate the Houthi coalition’s large-scale military capability.

What emerged from the Scud missile debacle was that an American team is operating a Patriot missile defense system in the vicinity of the King Khalid Air Base, which is also the command center for the U.S. drone campaign in the region. It has been reported that several of the fired Scud missiles were intercepted by U.S. Patriot missiles, the first instance where American forces and Houthis exchanged fire, albeit indirectly. Additionally, the U.S. Air Force has been providing Saudi-coalition planes with satellite imagery and intelligence related to Houthi targets. The emergence of these details has reinforced a propaganda line reiterated on the Houthi cable channel al-Masirah that refers to the Saudi coalition as the “Saudi-American coalition.”

Despite emerging evidence that the Saudi-coalition’s aerial campaign is not only ineffective but counterproductive to the promotion of a political settlement in Yemen, the bombings continue with no sign of concluding. The relentless pursuit of an aggressive military stance towards the Houthi movement is in part a reflection of Saudi Arabia’s struggle against the ghost of Iranian involvement in South Arabia. There is no Saudi exit strategy in which the bombing can stop, short of a complete Houthi political withdrawal. Otherwise, this war will demonstrate a weakness in Saudi policy towards Iran. This aggressive policy is driven in particular by the new Saudi King Salman’s need to exhibit political and military dominance to quiet his many doubters. The Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, the director of operations in Yemen, feels additional pressure to act decisively in order to prove his resolve as the world’s youngest minister of defense at the age of 30.

Even with all of King Salman’s resolve and Mohammad bin Salman’s machismo, the Saudi aerial campaign will be limited by a difficult propaganda war by the Houthis and the same historic terrain that served as an obstacle to British and Egyptian aerial control of Yemen during the 1960s. Saudi Arabia cannot triumph through force of arms alone as its air force has reached the upper limits of what it can achieve against the Houthis. Continuing a fruitless aerial campaign will only foster increasing anti-Saudi political alliance in Yemen and lead to an ignominious withdrawal reminiscent of British and Egyptian withdrawals of the past.

Who’s more dangerous, ISIL or Houthis?

A Saudi-led aerial assault hit Yemeni capital, Sanaa, alongside other Houthi-controlled areas, after Yemeni president Abed Rabbu Mansour’s request to “protect Yemen from Houthis”; but why haven’t the 10 participating Arab and Asian nations did the same thing when ISIL conquered much of Western Iraq and North-Eastern Syria?

Probably the answer lies in the Bab el Mandeb, the world’s most strategic and profitable strait, found in the southwest of the Arabian Peninsula. Almost 3,300,000 oil barrels pass daily through that very strait, which is equivalent to 4% of global demand, as well as 21,000 trade vessels annually, which is 10% of global trade shipment movements. Once Houthis have reached the provinces surrounding Bab el Mandeb, Saudis have declared war against Houthis and stated that it is a case of “national security and interests”, without giving any sort of hard evidence proving so, probably because Saudis would not want another strait controlled by “the enemy”, such the Iranian-controlled Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf

Moreover, Houthis have sufficed for solely rejecting Saudi interference in Yemeni affairs; ISIL leaders have recently stated that Saudi Arabia is a target-country, urging its followers in the kingdom to target economical institutes and social gatherings. Even before that, assassinated al-Qaeda leader in Yemen Anwar al-Awlaki has repeatedly called for attacks against Saudi Arabia for the latter’s cooperation with “the imperialist powers against the Islamic Umma”

Another answer might be found in the oil wells of Iraq and Syria.  So far, ISIL has been indirectly serving the Saudi oil monopoly and trade – Saudi Arabia has 18% of petroleum reserves and prominent petroleum exporter worldwide – in face of other regional rivals, especially Iraq, which has the fifth largest oil reserves, yet the terrorist group controls a big portion of the oil wells

The third answer is in the ideological and religious closeness of ISIL and Saudi Arabia’s religious authority. Unlike Houthis, whom are Yazdi-Shiites of the Islamic religion, ISIL and Saudi Arabia’s religious authority share many methods of internal governance, such rule of Wahhabist law, forcing women to wear burqa’, imprisoning activists for charges of defamation of royalty or religious figures; though they slightly differ in political goals – each wants a pan-Islamic governance for itself.

Charlie Hebdo Shootings: False Flag?

The Charlie Hebdo affair has many of the characteristics of a false flag operation. The attack on the cartoonists’ office was a disciplined professional attack of the kind associated with highly trained special forces; yet the suspects who were later corralled and killed seemed bumbling and unprofessional. It is like two different sets of people.

Usually Muslim terrorists are prepared to die in the attack; yet the two professionals who hit Charlie Hebdo were determined to escape and succeeded, an amazing feat. Their identity was allegedly established by the claim that they conveniently left for the authorities their ID in the getaway car. Such a mistake is inconsistent with the professionalism of the attack and reminds me of the undamaged passport found miraculously among the ruins of the two WTC towers that served to establish the identity of the alleged 9/11 hijackers.

It is a plausible inference that the ID left behind in the getaway car was the ID of the two Kouachi brothers, convenient patsies, later killed by police, and from whom we will never hear anything, and not the ID of the professionals who attacked Charlie Hebdo. An important fact that supports this inference is the report that the third suspect in the attack, Hamyd Mourad, the alleged driver of the getaway car, when seeing his name circulating on social media as a suspect realized the danger he was in and quickly turned himself into the police for protection against being murdered by security forces as a terrorist.

Hamyd Mourad says he has an iron-clad alibi. If so, this makes him the despoiler of a false flag attack. Authorities will have to say that despite being wrong about Mourad, they were right about the Kouachi brothers. Alternatively, Mourad could be coerced or tortured into some sort of confession that supports the official story.

The American and European media have ignored the fact that Mourad turned himself in for protection from being killed as a terrorist as he has an alibi. I googled Hamid Mourad and all I found (January 12) was the main US and European media reporting that the third suspect had turned himself in. The reason for his surrender was left out of the reports. The news was reported in a way that gave credence to the accusation that the suspect who turned himself in was part of the attack on Charlie Hebdo. Not a single US mainstream media source reported that the alleged suspect turned himself in because he has an ironclad alibi.

Some media merely reported Mourad’s surrender in a headline with no coverage in the report. The list that I googled includes the Washington Post (January 7 by Griff Witte and Anthony Faiola); Die Welt (Germany) “One suspect has turned himself in to police in connection with Wednesday’s massacre at the offices of Parisian satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo;” ABC News (January 7) “Youngest suspect in Charlie Hebdo Attack turns himself in;” CNN (January 8) “Citing sources, the Agence France Presse news agency reported that an 18-year-old suspect in the attack had surrendered to police.”

Another puzzle in the official story that remains unreported by the presstitute media is the alleged suicide of a high ranking member of the French Judicial Police who had an important role in the Charlie Hebdo investigation. For unknown reasons, Helric Fredou, a police official involved in the most important investigation of a lifetime, decided to kill himself in his police office on January 7 or January 8 (both dates are reported in the foreign media) in the middle of the night while writing his report on his investigation. A google search as of 6pm EST January 13 turns up no mainstream US media report of this event. The alternative media reports it, as do some UK newspapers, but without suspicion or mention whether his report has disappeared. The official story is that Fredou was suffering from “depression” and “burnout,” but no evidence is provided. Depression and burnout are the standard explanations of mysterious deaths that have unsettling implications.

Once again we see the US print and TV media serving as a ministry of propaganda for Washington. In place of investigation, the media repeats the government’s implausible story.

It behoves us all to think. Why would Muslims be more outraged by cartoons in a Paris magazine than by hundreds of thousands of Muslims killed by Washington and its French and NATO vassals in seven countries during the past 14 years?

If Muslims wanted to make a point of the cartoons, why not bring a hate crime charge or lawsuit? Imagine what would happen to a European magazine that dared to satirize Jews in the way Charlie Hebdo satirized Muslims. Indeed, in Europe people are imprisoned for investigating the holocaust without entirely confirming every aspect of it.

If a Muslim lawsuit was deep-sixed by French authorities, the Muslims would have made their point. Killing people merely contributes to the demonization of Muslims, a result that only serves Washington’s wars against Muslim countries.

If Muslims are responsible for the attack on Charlie Hebdo, what Muslim goal did they achieve? None whatsoever. Indeed, the attack attributed to Muslims has ended French and European sympathy and support for Palestine and European opposition to more US wars against Muslims. Just recently France had voted in the UN with Palestine against the US-Israeli position. This assertion of an independent French foreign policy was reinforced by the recent statement by the President of France that the economic sanctions against Russia should be terminated.

Clearly, France was showing too much foreign policy independence. The attack on Charlie Hebdo serves to cow France and place France back under Washington’s thumb.

Some will contend that Muslims are sufficiently stupid to shoot themselves in the head in this way. But how do we reconcile such alleged stupidity with the alleged Muslim 9/11 and Charlie Hebdo professional attacks?

If we believe the official story, the 9/11 attack on the US shows that 19 Muslims, largely Saudis, without any government or intelligence service support, outwitted not only all 16 US intelligence agencies, the National Security Council, Dick Cheney and all the neoconservatives in high positions throughout the US government, and airport security, but also the intelligence services of NATO and Israel’s Mossad. How can such intelligent and capable people, who delivered the most humiliating blow in world history to an alleged Superpower with no difficulty whatsoever despite giving every indication of their intentions, possibly be so stupid as to shoot themselves in the head when they could have thrown France into turmoil with a mere lawsuit?

The Charlie Hebdo story simply doesn’t wash. If you believe it, you are no match for a Muslim.

Some who think that they are experts will say that a false flag attack in France would be impossible without the cooperation of French intelligence. To this I say that it is practically a certainty that the CIA has more control over French intelligence than does the President of France. Operation Gladio proves this. The largest part of the government of Italy was ignorant of the bombings conducted by the CIA and Italian Intelligence against European women and children and blamed on communists in order to diminish the communist vote in elections.

Americans are a pitifully misinformed people. All of history is a history of false flag operations. Yet Americans dismiss such proven operations as “conspiracy theories,” which merely proves that government has successfully brainwashed insouciant Americans and deprived them of the ability to recognize the truth.

Americans are the foremost among the captive nations.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Libya Under Gaddafi’s So-called Dictatorship

Ruling the country for for 41 years until his demise in October 2011, Muammar Gaddafi did some truly amazing things for his country and repeatedly tried to unite and empower the whole of Africa. So despite what you’ve heard on the radio, seen in the media or on the TV Gaddafi did some powerful things that were not very reminiscent of a vicious dictator. Here are ten things Gaddafi did for Libya that you may not know about…

1. In Libya a home is considered a natural human right.

In Gaddafi’s green book it states: ” The house is a basic need of both the individual and the family, therefore it should not be owned by others”. Gaddafi’s Green Book is the formal leader’s political philosophy, it was first published in 1975 and was intended reading for all Libyans even being included in the national curriculum.

2. Education and medical treatment were all free.

Under Gaddafi’s reign Libya could boast one of the best healthcare services in the Arab and African world. Also if a Libyan citizen could not access the desired educational course or correct medical treatment in Libya they were funded to go abroad.

3. Gaddafi carried out the worlds largest irrigation project.

The largest irrigation system in the world also known as the great manmade river was designed to make water readily available to all Libyan’s across the entire country. It was funded by the Gaddafi government and it said that Gaddafi himself called it ”the eighth wonder of the world”.

4. It was free to start a farming business.

If any Libyan wanted to start a farm they were given a house, farm land and live stock and seeds all free of charge.

5. A bursary was given to mothers with newborn babies.

When a Libyan woman gave birth she was given 5000 (US dollars) for herself and the child.

6. Electricity was free.

Electricity was free in Libya meaning absolutely no electric bills!

7.  Cheap petrol

During Gaddafi’s reign the price of petrol in Libya was as low as 0.14 (US dollars) per litre.

8. Gaddafi raised the level of education.

Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans were literate. He bought that figure up to 87% under his rule with 25% earning university degrees.

9. Libya had It’s own state bank.

Libya was the only country in the world to have a bank owned by the state meaning they were able to give loans to citizens at zero percent interest by law and they had no external debt.

10. The gold dinar

Before the fall of Tripoli and his untimely demise Gaddafi was trying to introduce a single African currency made of gold. Following in the foot steps of the late great pioneer Marcus Garvey who first coined the term ”United States of Africa”. Gaddafi wanted to introduce and only trade in the African gold Dinar  – a move which would have thrown the world economy into chaos.

The Dinar was widely opposed by the ‘elite’ of today’s society and who could blame them. African nations would have finally had the power to bring itself out of debt and poverty and only trade in this precious commodity. They would have been able to finally say ‘no’ to external exploitation and charge whatever they felt suitable for precious resources. It has been said that the gold Dinar was the real reason for the NATO led rebellion, in a bid to oust the outspoken leader.

So, was Muammar Gaddafi a Terrorist?

Few can answer this question fairly, but if anyone can, it’s a Libyan citizen who has lived under his reign? Whatever the case, it seems rather apparent that he did some positive things for his country despite the infamous notoriety surrounding his name. And that’s something you should try to remember when judging in future.

الحرب الناعمة ضمن جنيف النووي

لم يسلم يوتيوب من اللوبي الصهيوني في أميركا. انتشر أخيراً فيديو (2:09 دقيقة) عن ضرورة وقف عملية رفع العقوبات الإقتصادية عن إيران. نجوم الشريط المصور «أشرار» بوجوه شهيرة في العالم الإسلامي، إضافة إلى أمين عام «حزب الله» السيد حسن نصر الله، بينما ضحية اتفاق جنيف النووي هو الشعب الأميركي. حصل الفيديو على أكثر من 3 ملايين مشاهدة، والكثير من التعليقات السلبية التي اعتبر أحدها أنّ الشريط من صنع «لجنة الشؤون العامة الأميركية الإسرائيلية» (AIPAC).

بداية، يظهر رسم لمؤسس الدولة الإسلامية في إيران روح الله الخميني مع تعليق «أطاح متعصبون دينيون بالنظام الإيراني الموالي للغرب، بقيادة الخميني. وتحت حكمه، صارت التظاهرات المناهضة لأميركا أمراً اعتيادياً، إذ ألقي القبض على 55 موظفاً أميركياً في السفارة الأميركية في طهران واحتجزوا كرهائن لأكثر من سنة». ويقتبس الراوي كلام الخميني عن عداوة الولايات المتحدة للإسلام، ووجوب محاربتها، على حد تعبيره. واللافت هو نسب كلام للخميني مفاده أنّ «الإسلام يقول: اقتلوا غير المسلمين وأقيموا الحد عليهم».

ينتقل المعلّق إلى المرشد الأعلى للثورة الإيرانية علي الخامنئي، مقتبساً قوله: «الكره الإيراني لأميركا عميق جداً»، إضافة إلى كلام الرئيس الإيراني حسن روحاني، والمتحدث بإسم البرلمان الإيراني علي لاريجاني، اللذين «يتفقان على أهمية مقولة «الموت لأميركا»». ويضيف إلى كلام روحاني جملة من حملته الرئاسية «قول الموت لأميركا سهل، علينا التعبير عن الموت لأميركا بالفعل»، بهدف التشكيك بنيات إيران حيال المفاوضات التي أجرتها مع الغرب حول برنامجها النووي. أما نصر الله، فتطرّق الفيديو إلى «شدة» عدائه لأميركا حين يقول إن «الشيطان الأكبر هو أمر مطلق!»، موضحاً أنّ حزب الله «مدعوم عسكرياً من إيران».

هنا، أخذ الفيديو منحى تصاعدياً على غرار دعايات الشامبو التي تبدأ بمشكلة القشرة والتلف والتقصف، وتنتهي باستعمال الشامبو الأفضل. أنهى المعلق هجومه على إيران برفع حدة نبرته قائلاً: «الآن ليس الوقت لتخفيف العقوبات. إذا فشلنا في الدفاع عن أنفسنا الآن، ففي 2014 سيكون قد فات الآوان»، مع ظهور إنفجار نووي. ويطالب الأميركيين بالهرع للإتصال بسيناتور ولايتهم اليوم من أجل رفض القرار.

والمفارقة تظهر في عنوان موقع هذه الحملة العدائية: «وقائع حقيقية في إيران»، في محاولة لتضييع البوصلة، كما يفعل الإسرائيليون بوصف جيشهم بـ «جيش الدفاع».

هي إذاً «الحرب الناعمة» التي سبق أن أكد نائب أمين عام حزب الله نعيم قاسم في إحدى ندواته أنّها تعتمد على «أساليب ترتكز على الاستمالة والجذب أوّلاً، من دون أن تظهر أو تترك أي بصمات، وثانياً تقوم على إرغام العدو وتدمير إرادته بصورة شبه مباشرة وعلنية»، مضيفاً أنّ الوسائط والأدوات المستخدمة فيها أصبحت في متناول الجميع بلا استثناء. في المقابل، كانت الحرب النفسية والدعاية «توجه بشكل أساس نحو كتل منظمة متراصة مثل الجيوش والحكومات والمنظمات التي كانت تسيطر بصورة كلية على وعي وميول الرأي العام».

A video of a BBC interview with a doctor in Syria in the aftermath of a napalm-style attack appears to have been artificially dubbed to falsely make reference to the incident being a “chemical weapons” attack, a clip that represents “a stunning bit of fakery,” according to former UK Ambassador Craig Murray.

The news report was first released on August 29, just days before an attack on Syria seemed inevitable, and served to further the narrative that military action was necessary to halt atrocities being committed by President Bashar Al-Assad’s forces.

The first clip is from the original interview with British medic Dr Rola Hallam, from the Hand in Hand for Syria charity. She states;

“..It’s just absolute chaos and carnage here, erm we’ve had a massive influx of
what looks like serious burns, er seems like it must be some sort of, I’m not
really sure, maybe napalm, something similar to that..”

However, in the second clip, which is from the exact same interview, her words are slightly altered.

“..It’s just absolute chaos and carnage here, erm we’ve had a massive influx of
what looks like serious burns, er seems like it must be some sort of chemical
weapon, I’m not really sure..”

The second clip seems to have been artificially dubbed to characterize the event as a “chemical weapon” attack rather than an incendiary bomb attack. Hallam’s mouth is hidden by a mask, making the dub impossible to detect without referring to the original clip.

The clip has sparked frenzied analysis by numerous Internet users, who point out that the background noise in the clip that uses the “chemical weapon” quote is different from the original. The BBC has been asked to explain the discrepancy but has so far not responded.

“I suspect the motive in this instance and others by the BBC are propaganda intended to affect public opinion in the UK in such a way as to congregate support and underpin an offensive against the Syrian government,” writes one user who closely analyzed the audio.

In a subsequent BBC interview, Dr Rola Hallam complained about the UK Parliament’s refusal to authorize a military strike on Syria. Hallam’s father is also on the Syrian National Council, the political body which represents opposition militants.

Hallam’s bias in supporting military action while working for a charity in Syria and being linked to the FSA makes the video clip all the more intriguing. It also explains why the BBC, which has aggressively pushed for military intervention in Syria from the beginning, is apparently using her to stage propaganda.

Former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan Craig Murray said the video represented, “Irrefutable evidence of a stunning bit of fakery by the BBC,” adding that the woman’s words could have been faked in their entirety.

“The disturbing thing is the footage of the doctor talking is precisely the same each time. It is edited so as to give the impression the medic is talking in real time in her natural voice – there are none of the accepted devices used to indicate a voiceover translation. But it must be true that in at least one, and possibly both, the clips she is not talking in real time in her own voice. It is very hard to judge as her mouth and lips are fully covered throughout. Perhaps neither of the above is what she actually said.”

“Terrible things are happening all the time in Syria’s civil war, between Assad’s disparate forces and still more disparate opposition forces, and innocent people are suffering. There are dreadful crimes against civilians on all sides. I have no desire at all to downplay or mitigate that. But once you realise the indisputable fact of the fake interview the BBC has put out, some of the images in this video begin to be less than convincing on close inspection too.”

A link to Murray’s blog on the issue was also tweeted by Wikileaks, the whistleblower organization, under the headline,’ BBC puts out fake video with Syrian medic claiming chemical weapons.’

This would by no means be the first time that evidence of war crimes has been staged in order to lay the blame on Bashar Al-Assad’s forces.

As we have previously highlighted, there are numerous videos showing supporters of the western backed FSA staging fake injuries and deaths for propaganda purposes.

قبل يومين، نشر المتحدّث الرسمي باسم جيش الاحتلال أفيخاي أدرعي، الشريط عبر صفحته على فايسبوك. عنوان الفيديو «حزب الله ـ حقائق يجب أن تُقال وتُسمع عربياً ودولياً»، ويهدف إلى كشف المستور، عن «منظّمة حزب الله الإرهابيّة»، كما يقول التعريف القصير عنه.

يطلّ علينا مستوطن إسرائيلي هانئ يقرأ في كتاب، ويسخّن الماء في إبريق الشاي. يبدأ الفيديو بسؤال: «حزب الله» منظّمة مقاومة فخورة تعمل على مدار الساعة من أجل تحرير المواطنين اللبنانيين من السيطرة الإسرائيلية؟» الإجابة بحسب الراوي: «من غير الممكن أن يكون «حزب الله» يعمل لتخليص اللبنانيين من إسرائيل، لأن لا جيش إسرائيلياً في لبنان». ومع غياب هذه الفرضيّة، يبدأ الراوي بعرض فرضيّات أخرى، عن سبب وجود «حزب الله». فهل هو موجود لتحرير المواطنين «من سيطرة الحكومة اللبنانية؟». هنا أيضاً، يقدّم إجابة بالنفي، فـ«حزب الله» جزء من الحكومة اللبنانيّة. يطرح الراوي فرضيّة ثالثة. فهل يهدف «حزب الله» إلى تحرير اللبنانيين من جنود الأمم المتحدة؟ وفي وقت نرى أولئك الجنود يشتعلون في نيران متفجّرة، يبدأ الراوي بتعداد اهتمامات «مقاتلي «حزب الله» الشجعان»، كما يصفهم. وتلك الاهتمامات هي بحسب الراوي، جعل «منازل اللبنانيين مخازن أسلحة».

هنا، يرينا الفيديو خريطةً للجنوب اللبناني، أشبه بلعبة مونوبولي، مزروعة ببيوت كرتونيّة، مليئة بالأسلحة، على الحدود مع فلسطين المحتلّة. هنا، يوقف الراوي قصّته، على وقع صوت ماءٍ يغلي… صوت صفير ابريق الشاي يتصاعد، في إشارة إلى كيل الراوي الذي طفح من السلاح المخبأ في البيوت. عرفنا ما يزعج إسرائيل إذاً. السلاح المنتشر على «حدودها الشماليّة»، الذي يسبب لها الرعب والحيرة.

يصوّر الفيديو الأمين العام «لحزب الله» السيد حسن نصرالله، كشخصيّة شبيهة بشرشبيل في فيلم «السنافر». وفي وقت يبدي حرصه على أمن المواطنين اللبنانيين من «منظّمة حزب الله»، يشرح لنا أنّ «الحزب يوجّه نشاطه الإرهابي ضّد إسرائيل، لرغبته في إخضاع المنطقة للهيمنة الإيرانيّة».

حصد الشريط شعبيّة على صفحة أفيخاي أدرعي على فايسبوك، لتختلط الآراء ما بين مؤيد ومعارض لمضمونه. بعض التعليقات المكتوبة بالعربيّة، أثنت على بادرة «جيش الدفاع»، متهمة المقاومة وإيران بـ«الإجرام والقتل أكثر من الصهاينة»، ودعا أحدهم أدرعي بـ«الحاج» و«السيد». واللافت أنّ بعض اللبنانيين أبدوا إعجابهم بالعمل «الفني الساخر» والتصميم المحترف لإيصال الفكرة بطريقة سلسة. معظم التعليقات المعارضة للعمل جاءت من مصر، والتي تنوّعت بين شتم الصهاينة وأفيخاي أدرعي، والردّ على من يتهمون حزب الله بالإرهاب.

على «يوتيوب» لم يحصد الفيديو أيّ اهتمام، إذ إنّ عدد مشاهداته لم يزد عن 700 حتى مساء أمس. جاءت التعليقات خجولة، لكنّ أحد المعلّقين ذكّر، بأنّ بيوت الإسرائيليين مليئة بالسلاح أيضاً، وهو سلاح يُستخدم بشكل يوميّ، لقتل الفلسطينيين.

The new propaganda is liberal. The new slavery is digital

What is modern propaganda? For many, it is the lies of a totalitarian state. In the 1970s, I met Leni Riefenstahl and asked her about her epic films that glorified the Nazis. Using revolutionary camera and lighting techniques, she produced a documentary form that mesmerised Germans; her Triumph of the Will cast Hitler’s spell.

She told me that the “messages” of her films were dependent not on “orders from above”, but on the “submissive void” of the German public. Did that include the liberal, educated bourgeoisie? “Everyone,” she said.

Today, we prefer to believe that there is no submissive void. “Choice” is ubiquitous. Phones are “platforms” that launch every half-thought. There is Google from outer space if you need it. Caressed like rosary beads, the precious devices are borne headsdown, relentlessly monitored and prioritised. Their dominant theme is the self. Me. My needs. Riefenstahl’s submissive void is today’s digital slavery.

Edward Said described this wired state in Culture and Imperialism as taking imperialism where navies could never reach. It is the ultimate means of social control because it is voluntary, addictive and shrouded in illusions of personal freedom.

Today’s “message” of grotesque inequality, social injustice and war is the propaganda of liberal democracies. By any measure of human behaviour, this is extremism. When Hugo Chávez challenged it, he was abused in bad faith; and his successor will be subverted by the same zealots of the American Enterprise Institute, Harvard’s Kennedy School and the “human rights” organisations that have appropriated American liberalism and underpin its propaganda. The historian Norman Pollack calls this “liberal fascism”. “All is normality on display,” he wrote. “For [Nazi] goose-steppers, substitute the seemingly more innocuous militarisation of the total culture. And for the bombastic leader, we have the reformer manqué, blithely at work [in the White House], planning and executing assassination, smiling all the while.”

Whereas a generation ago, dissent and biting satire were allowed in the “mainstream”, today their counterfeits are acceptable and a fake moral zeitgeist rules. “Identity” is all, mutating feminism and declaring class obsolete. Just as collateral damage covers for mass murder, “austerity” has become an acceptable lie. Beneath the veneer of consumerism, a quarter of Greater Manchester is reported to be living in “extreme poverty”.

The militarist violence perpetrated against hundreds of thousands of nameless men, women and children by “our” governments is never a crime against humanity. Interviewing Tony Blair ten years on from his criminal invasion of Iraq, the BBC’s Kirsty Wark gifted him a moment he could only dream of. She allowed Blair to agonise over his “difficult decision rather than call him to account for the monumental lies and bloodbath he launched. One is reminded of Albert Speer.

Hollywood has returned to its cold war role, led by liberals. Ben Affleck’s Oscar-winning Argo is the first feature film so integrated into the propaganda system that its subliminal warning of Iran’s “threat” is offered as Obama is preparing, yet again, to attack Iran. That Affleck’s “true story” of good-guys-vbad- Muslims is as much a fabrication as Obama’s justification for his war plans is lost in PR-managed plaudits. As the independent critic Andrew O’Hehir points out, Argo is “a propaganda movie in the truest sense, one that claims to be innocent of all ideology”. That is, it debases the art of film-making to reflect an image of the power it serves.

The true story is that, for 34 years, the US foreign policy elite have seethed with revenge for the loss of the shah of Iran, their beloved tyrant, and his CIA-designed state of torture. When Iranian students occupied the US embassy in Tehran in 1979, they found a trove of incriminating documents, which revealed that an Israeli spy network was operating inside the US, stealing top scientific and military secrets. Today, the duplicitous Zionist ally – not Iran – is the one and only nuclear threat in the Middle East.

In 1977, Carl Bernstein, famed for his Watergate reporting, disclosed that more than 400 journalists and executives of mostly liberal US media organisations had worked for the CIA in the past 25 years. They included journalists from the New York Times, Time and the big TV broadcasters. These days, such a formal nefarious workforce is quite unnecessary. In 2010, the New York Times made no secret of its collusion with the White House in censoring the WikiLeaks war logs. The CIA has an “entertainment industry liaison office” that helps producers and directors remake its image from that of a lawless gang that assassinates, overthrows governments and runs drugs. As Obama’s CIA commits multiple murder by drone, Affleck lauds the “clandestine service . . . that is making sacrifices on behalf of Americans every day . . . I want to thank them very much.” The 2010 Oscar-winner Kathryn Bigelow’s Zero Dark Thirty, a torture-apology, was all but licensed by the Pentagon.

The US market share of cinema box-office takings in Britain often reaches 80 per cent, and the small UK share is mainly for US coproductions. Films from Europe and the rest of the world account for a tiny fraction of those we are allowed to see. In my own filmmaking career, I have never known a time when dissenting voices in the visual arts are so few and silent.

For all the hand-wringing induced by the Leveson inquiry, the “Murdoch mould” remains intact. Phone-hacking was always a distraction, a misdemeanour compared to the media-wide drumbeat for criminal wars. According to Gallup, 99 per cent of Americans believe Iran is a threat to them, just as the majority believed Iraq was responsible for the 9/11 attacks. “Propaganda always wins,” said Leni Riefenstahl, “if you allow it.”

To one with an open mind, it would seem foolish to assume that we are alone in the universe.  In contrast, to one with a closed mind and a probable lack of spirituality, it would appear that reality is made up only of what we see and feel physically.  There is, at this time, a growing awareness on the planet that perhaps we are not alone.  Millions of people around the world claim to have seen unidentified flying objects, flying disks, bright lights, and fast moving objects that reflect advanced technology, that we, most people claim, could not possess.

Some people claim to have been abducted by GREY ALIENS and underwent childbearing and medical experiments only to have been returned somewhere unconscious with examination scars left behind.  Thousands of cattle mutilations have occurred in remote areas sometimes followed by sightings of flying disks or bright lights and occasionally black helicopters.

There has been a recent movie made about the crash and retrieval of a spaceship as well as bodies of several dead aliens in Roswell, New Mexico and it is suggested that the government might be covering up this entire situation for political or religious reasons.  UFO researchers were a very small group in the 1950’s and 60’s, but recently in the 1980’s and 90’s there has been an enormous increase in interest on the subject.

I was personally first introduced to this information in 1987 through info put out by Bill Cooper a little while before the first printing of “Behold a Pale Horse”.  I was very curious about the subject and read everything of quality that I could find.  There were less than 100 half-way decent books in print that you could find at the time.  Today, there are probably over 500.

I read the best books I could find by retired high ranking military officials, channeled material from Seth and The Ashtar Command, I learned about Billy Meier, Barbara Marciniak and the Pleadians material, Bob Lazaar, Area 51 and S-4 Dreamland in Las Vegas, listened to contactees discuss the Draco-Reptilian and Andromeda connection and watched Richard Hoagland bring out the “Face on Mars” info to the U.N. and the public.

If you take the sum total of the info that exists and put it into perspective, it would appear as though our race may have been seeded here by off-planet intelligences or that we were created as an intergalactic experiment, that huge 8-10 foot tall powerful Reptilian beings live at the core of the Earth, pilot advanced flying craft, read minds and plot to enslave mankind by using grey Zeta-Reticulans, who have no choice but to assist because their race is dying from genetic inbreeding and they need help and have no where else to go, and that they have the government under their control through genetic cloning and electronic implants.

It has even been proposed that members of the government are related to these aliens.  This may sound a little silly, but some people believe it might be true.  The positive side to this double edged sword is that the Pleadians are supposedly here to save us along with another group called the Arcturians.

They are supposedly here to assist us in our higher spiritual development and help us break out of our old 3rd dimensional physical reality into the 4th dimension or multi-dimensional reality.  All we have to do to receive their help is give up nuclear weapons, turn our lives to god and learn to live in peace.  Although these are good ideas they are easier said than done.

Probably the best book I have read on the subject came to me recently after years of entertaining the idea of this possible reality of Aliens, gov. cover-ups, and so forth, all the while learning about secret societies and other related info.  The book is called “Space Aliens from the Pentagon” by William Lyne.  While the former reality may seem to be a little out of this world, the info presented in this book is a lot more down to Earth.  According to Mr. Lyne, the secret societies in America and abroad have harnessed a naturally occurring “Free Energy” and have possessed and suppressed this secret for at least 80-100 years.

Many people have heard of Albert Einstein and his Theory of Relativity (E=MC2).  Most would consider him a genius although it is known that he was a Grade School dropout.  Around the same time lived a man named Nikola Tesla.  He came to America in the early 1900’s as a scientist and inventor.  He was responsible for many great discoveries, but it is not mentioned in history very much.  He was responsible for Radio, Television, Fluorescent and Neon lighting, Helicopters, Lasers, Particle Beams and Alternating Current.  If you haven’t heard of him you should at least wonder why.  William Lyne is himself an inventor and scientist.

Mr. Lyne claims that when Tesla came to America, he had under his arm blueprints for possibly the world’s first FLYING SAUCER and it flew without the need for external energy.  He intended to present it to the Geneva Convention as a proposed solution for world peace and energy liberation.  He had theories of Magnetism and Anti-gravity as well as other forms of “Free Energy”.

The story goes that Einstein was working as a clerk at the Swiss Patent office at the time that Tesla was applying for his patents.  Alternating Current was in the position of putting DC out of business, which meant that Edison and Westinghouse would suffer.  J.P. Morgan, a Skull and Bones Banking Frontman, was financing Westinghouse and attempted to make arrangements to secure Tesla’s patents through con deals and contracts.

He used Einstein’s position at the patent office to rip off several of Tesla’s patents and then told him outright that since it would be difficult to collect money on this “Free Energy”, that it would not be used or promoted in society.  Instead, Einstein’s Theory of Relativity would prevail and Tesla’s Dynamic Theory of Gravity would be suppressed.  Today, it is impossible to locate some of Tesla’s earlier patents.  The Flying Saucer project was then moved out of the country to a secret joint German / American base near the South Pole called “Neu Shwabenland” or New Berlin, which was under the control of the Thule society, a secret society in Germany to which the SS belonged.

Here, the crafts were perfected and outfitted with the latest technology and design.  The Nazis created propaganda back home that Hitler was in touch with a Blond-haired, blue-eyed Aryan race of beings who communicated to him that he was chosen to lead the Germanic people.  There was a resurgence of Occultism in Germany at this time.  Hitler was into the occult and he was a master of propaganda.  Remember, he stated “The bigger the lie, the easier to sell to the public”, people believe what they want to believe  After W.W.II, during Operation Paperclip, hundreds of Nazi intelligence officers were secretly brought to America and given positions in the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), the forerunner to the CIA, supposedly to gain information on the Russians, our new enemy.  Along with the Nazis came the flying saucer project.

The project was brought to New Mexico, where it was worked on further.  Soon there were several sightings by people of mysterious flying objects and bright flying balls of light.  In 1944 and 45, there were newspaper reports about flying balls of light possibly being advanced Nazi aircraft.  They were called FOO-FIGHTERS. Then a couple of years later, in 1947, there was supposedly a flying saucer crash in the desert of Roswell, New Mexico, with advanced technology and even bodies of aliens recovered.  This was reported on the front page of the newspaper and then it was explained away as a weather balloon.  Within a few years science fiction films started coming out like crazy.  (The day the Earth Stood Still-about the threat of war and the necessity to make peace with ourselves and the aliens, and War of the Worlds-H.G. Wells, a British Intelligence Agent).

There was a time in America in the 1950’s, when it was trendy to wear alien antennas on your head or a Hat shaped like a flying saucer. This was the beginning of the first wave of American propaganda.  Then in the 1970’s, we had Star Wars, Close Encounters, Hanger 18, and eventually E.T.   T.V. movies like Alien Nation and “V” were shown to us and now Sightings, The X-files, and even Roswell the movie. There is a consistent theme that suggests the government is involved in a super high level cosmic Watergate cover-up.

William Lyne claims to have seen this entire drama evolve from a simple bungled crash recovery story to the elaborate present day theory mentioned before.  He basically says that this is the biggest “Free Energy Cover-up” scam ever perpetrated against the people of the world. Millions and millions of dollars are poured into an elaborate propaganda complex of Authors, Ph.D.’s, Ret. Military Officials and self proclaimed “Channelers” to distribute books and videos on these ideas.

They fund UFO expos, research groups like MUFON, and UFO magazines.  He even claims that he was offered money by the CIA to write phony scripts about being abducted by grey Zeta-Reticulans.  He claims to have many contacts himself, through his own family and relatives and friends from previous service in the Air Force, who have confirmed this info.  He claims the UFO expos are filled with disinformation agents.

 

     Here are a couple of things to consider :

1. If you wanted to expose the government or publish books or videos on UFOs or aliens then where do you get the money to do it ?  Who has this kind of money lying around and is willing to invest it in these ventures ?  There is new information appearing that Lawrence Rockefeller has been behind the private financing of  groups to discuss the UFO issue and undoubtedly promote more propaganda and lies. 

2. If this is the government’s biggest cover-up then how come all of this info is coming out all at once all over the place? 

3. After Bill Lyne presented this info for the first time at the UFO expo in California and was a huge success, why was he asked not to return and told that he would be better suited at the Extraordinary Experiences Expo?

 

There has been some speculation that the government maybe preparing to “inform” the public about the supposed alien presence and possibly even present a staged landing or invasion scenario.  Either way we may soon see, depending on how carefully we are watching.  If this is the kind of technology the government had 50 and 100 years ago, then 166 mhz pentium processors are probably a far cry from REAL present day capabilities.

One of the symbols for Roman Catholic Freemasonry is the Double Cross.  It may appear on the Pope’s headdress or on the advertisement for the American Lung Association or even in the EXXON sign.  This may imply that we’ve been double-crossed.  Is the Shell gas station symbol really a shell ?  Or is it the SUN rising in the East ?  The Panorama Mall in California uses an almost identical symbol and it is surely not a shell, but the SUNRISE.  The flag of El Salvador  and Nicaragua both are a symbol of the triangle or pyramid with the eye in the peak or capstone as well as the sun rising.  The flag for Germany is the Masonic compass symbol.  Look at the America On-line symbol.  A Current Affair T.V series.  The next time you are driving on the freeway and you see an exit sign with gas station displays that offer you a choice between Citgo or Shell, ask yourself whether you are really looking at a pyramid and a sun rising in the east.
